Six steps to have a productive day

  • STEP 1
Dismiss that morning alarm and make sure you have a cozy sweater next to you to start off your day. Head out on to the kitchen and prepare breakfast {French toast, egg toast, oatmeal} anything that suits you and make sure to enjoy your meal!
  • STEP 2
Take that pet leash and go for a jog or walk. This will reduce stress and clear that mind. Give your pet lots of cuddles for the most effective walk!

  • STEP 3
Go home and take a cold or lukewarm shower, brush teeth, get dressed and get ready to be productive!
  • STEP 4
Continue to do diy' s, cook, work and enjoy your day.
  • STEP 5
When its 5pm its time to do a quick shower workout or a long gym workout ,it is your choice. play with your dog an drink water in between. You can google workouts for now, but give us a follow for great short effective workout routines.
  • STEP 6
You have finished your day and its time to put on some music take a long bathe and afterwards watch Netflix and chill!=)

 7 pm
 dinner
